Sushy Support

Sushy is in private QA. Support is available for account access, ticketing questions, event issues, billing questions, and reports about unsafe or inaccurate content.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

How to contact us

Email support@sushy.app. Include your account email, the event name or event link, any order/payment reference available, screenshots if helpful, and a concise description of what happened.

Because Sushy is in private QA, response times and feature availability may vary while we test payment, host, event, and support workflows.

What to send for common requests

  • QA access: your name, organization or host role if applicable, city/market, and whether you want to test as an attendee, host, venue, or reviewer.
  • Bug reports: device/browser, route or page, expected behavior, actual behavior, and screenshots or screen recordings if safe to share.
  • Ticket issues: event name, ticket type, buyer account email, payment reference if available, and whether the issue is checkout, confirmation, admission, or transfer-related.
  • Refund requests: event name, ticket/order details, reason for the request, and any host cancellation, postponement, or material-change information.
  • Billing issues: subscription or checkout context, account email, payment reference if available, and the charge or invoice date.
  • Account issues: username, account email, login provider used, and whether the issue relates to verification, profile access, notifications, or privacy.
  • Event or host reports: event link, host name if visible, the concern, and any supporting context. Sushy may restrict misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited events/content.

Payments, refunds, and disputes

For ticket or subscription payment questions, contact Sushy support first when possible so we can review the account, event, payment, and host context. Sushy may coordinate with hosts when applicable.

Payment disputes may also be available through your card issuer or payment provider, but support is usually the fastest way for us to investigate and attempt a resolution during QA.

Emergency and venue matters

Sushy is not an emergency service and does not operate venues. For urgent safety matters, contact local emergency services, venue staff, or the event organizer as appropriate.
