Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Sushy reviews ticket, event, subscription, billing, and support requests during private QA.

Ticket refunds

Ticket refund eligibility may depend on the event host’s published policy, event status, ticket type, payment-provider rules, and applicable requirements. Sushy does not promise unconditional refunds for all ticket purchases.

For a refund review, email support@sushy.app with the event name, account email, ticket/order details, payment reference if available, and the reason for the request.

Canceled, postponed, or materially changed events

If an event is canceled, postponed, relocated, or materially changed, Sushy may review the event details and coordinate with the host when applicable to determine whether a refund, credit, ticket adjustment, or other resolution is appropriate.

Venue restrictions, age restrictions, capacity rules, and organizer policies may affect the available resolution. Attendees are responsible for complying with venue and event requirements.

Host subscriptions and promotional tools

Host subscriptions, promotional tools, or paid host features can be canceled according to the relevant checkout, subscription, account, or provider-managed settings when available. Already-incurred fees may not automatically be refunded unless stated in the applicable checkout/subscription terms, required by applicable rules, or approved by Sushy during review.

Billing disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first when possible. Include the account email, charge date, amount, event or subscription context, and any payment reference available.

Users may have separate rights through a card issuer or payment provider. Contacting Sushy support helps us review the app, event, host, and payment context quickly during QA.

No physical returns

Sushy does not sell physical goods. Physical return shipping, return labels, restocking, and product returns are not applicable. Sushy support handles digital ticket, account, event, subscription, and billing questions.

Promotions

Sushy does not have active public promotions unless a promotion is specifically configured and published with applicable terms. Future promotions may include eligibility limits, expiration dates, location limits, host requirements, or other conditions.

Contact support@sushy.app with your account email, event name, order or payment reference if available, and a concise description of what happened.
