Sushy is the marketed product name. The local repository/workdir name is `cliq`, but public users and payment reviewers should identify the service as Sushy.

What Sushy provides

Sushy is a social event discovery, planning, community, and host operations web app. The service supports local event discovery, interest/RSVP/save-style planning, event detail pages, attendee and host communication, event chats and rooms, host-created or claimed event pages, guest-list and operations tools, ticketing powered by payment providers where available, and host subscription/promotional tooling as those features roll out.

Current availability

Sushy is currently in private QA / invitation-only beta. Public visitors can access this landing site and policy pages. The functional app routes are restricted during QA to approved testers and allowlisted networks while payment, host, event, safety, support, and operational flows are validated.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Ticket refund eligibility may depend on the event host’s published policy, event status, ticket type, payment-provider rules, and applicable requirements. Canceled, postponed, relocated, or materially changed events may be reviewed for refund, credit, ticket adjustment, or other resolution. Sushy may coordinate with hosts when applicable.

For subscription or host-billing questions, cancellation is handled according to the applicable checkout, subscription, account, or provider settings when available. Already-incurred fees may not automatically be refunded unless stated, required, or approved during review.

Users should contact support before filing a payment dispute when possible so Sushy can review the event, host, account, and payment context.

Physical returns

Sushy does not sell physical goods. Physical return shipping, return labels, restocking, and product returns are not applicable.

Event and legal restrictions

Hosts are responsible for accurate event details and compliance with venue, age, ticketing, safety, tax, consumer-protection, accessibility, and applicable laws. Age-restricted or venue-restricted events may require attendee compliance with external venue or organizer rules.

Sushy may restrict, remove, or decline misleading, unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited events, hosts, accounts, tickets, media, promotions, or content.

Promotions

Sushy does not have active public promotions unless a promotion is specifically configured and published with applicable terms. Future promotions may include eligibility, date, geography, host, payment, or use restrictions.
